Aishwarya Rai Bachchan May Sue Elle Magazine

A recent picture of Aishwarya Rai Bachchan on the cover of magazine Elle may have been touched up to make her look more fair (white). The readers were angered after it was suggested that the fashion magazine might have digitally “bleached” the complexion of the former Miss World. The picture in question is a recent cover of magazine Elle in which Aishwarya is dressed in a Rohit Bal’s Victorian styled gown. Previously the magazine had also featured an African-American actress Gabourey Sidibe on its cover page with a much paler complexion, for its US edition in September this year.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan On Bigg Boss?

There is a possibility that former Miss World and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan may appear on the TV Bigg Boss to promot her upcoming movie, Guzaarish (2010) starring opposite Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan . The reason this is big news is that Aishwarya's former boyfriend, Salman Khan is the host Bigg Boss and hence could put Aishwarya and the same stage as Salman.

Former Miss World and Bollywood actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan walked the ramp as the showstopper for friend and fashion designer Manish Malhotra on the first day of the HDIL India Couture Week 2010 in Mumbai, India. Aishwarya was dressed in a traditional ivory colored lehnga and a sexy backless corset. Aishwarya recent release includes Enthiram (2010) opposite Rajnikanth and her upcoming movies are Guzaarish (2010) opposite Bollywood heartthrob Hrithik Roshan and Action Replay (2010) opposite Akshay Kumar.
Aishwarya Rai Skipped Hyderabad Music Launch Due To Fever

Aishwarya Rai missed the music launch of her Telugu version of her film Enthiram (2010) due to her health. Due to high fever Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was forced to cancel her trip to the music launch for the film, and instead passed along her thought via a speech. She thanked the people of Hyderabad and the Telugu market, she was also happy about Robot’s music by A. R. Rahman was a charttopping success.
The music launch of the Hindi version of the movie is to be held on August 14, 2010, at the Marriot in Mumbai. The guest list will include Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan , and Aamir Khan who will show there support for the south superstar Rajnikanth.
Aishwarya Rai Declines Hollywood Project With Brad Pitt

Bollywood star Aishwarya Rai had to once again decline to work on a Hollywood film starring Brad Pitt, because of her commitments to her Bollywood projects. Aishwarya was earlier approached for a role in Troy starring with Brad Pitt, but had to decline at that time because the role required many her intimate scenes with Brad Pitt with lots of kisses and explicit lovemaking scenes, which she was not comfortable with, a real desi girl. Aishwarya Bachchan is well known internationally for being part of Hollywood projects like the Pink Panther 2, Mistress of Spices, The Last Legion and for bring a brand ambassador for various international brands like Longines and L’Oreal Paris. And hence Aishwarya has also been approached by Will Smith, the famous actor of Hollywood, for roles in ‘Hancock’ and ‘Seven Pounds’ and other Hollywood offers for movies such as ‘Wolf Gang’ and ‘Rush Hour’. Martin Scorsese Wants To Cast Aishwarya Rai

The rumor out of the Cannes Film Festival is that Aishwarya Rai is a special guest at a dinner in honour of Scorsese. Aishwarya is was also present at the screening of the latest movie by Scorsese, the Italian film II Gattapardo. The director wants to make the Indian classic Kalpana by Uday Shankar and may have discussed this with the Bollywood film star, Aishwarya. The French press has now been referring to Aish as the ‘Princess of Cannes.’

Supermodel Padma Lakshmi, has grabbed the 15th and Lakshmi Menon has moved into the 45th position on the Askmen.com top 99 women poll leaving behind Aishwarya Rai Bachchan at number 50th and Freida Pinto 63rd. The number one stop was taken by Canadian actress Emmanuelle Chriqui while Penelope Cruz took the 7th spot and "Tranformers" star Megan Fox the 11th spot.
