	Eros To Distribute 'Provoked' Starring Aishwarya Rai Date: 08/24/2006 Eros International has acquired the rights to distribute Aishwarya Rai ’s latest release, Provoked, in the UK, the US and India. Provoked is directed by Jag Mundhra and casts Rai (Bride and Prejudice, Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam) in the lead role, with Miranda Richardson, Robbie Coltrane and Nandita Das. The movie is based on true story of a Punjabi woman named Kiranjit Ahluwalia who moves to England and marries a man who subjects her to violent physical abuse.
Sushmita Sen In Zindaggi Rocks Date: 08/25/2006 Sushmita Sen will be next seen in Zindaggi Rocks opposite Shiney Ahuja. The movie is directed by Tanuja Chandra and is a love story between a famous singer and an ordinary man.

The news has it that Producer Vivek Vasvani is currently gearing up for his next release, Dulha Mil Gaya , which is to star Sachin Tendulkar Sachin Tendulkar, Brian Lara, and Sushmita Sen . The film will be shot in Trinidad and Tobago to promote tourism spot as the Trinidad and Tobago embassy are investing in the production.

A Northwest Airlines plane from Amsterdam's Schiphol airport heading to Mumbai, India turned back to Amsterdam after crew reported suspicious behavior by some passengers. Police first questioned the passengers and thenarrested 12 of the 149 passengers on flight 42 to Mumbai.
