Eros To Distribute 'Provoked' Starring Aishwarya Rai

Eros International has acquired the rights to distribute
Aishwarya Rai
’s latest release, Provoked, in the UK, the US and India.
Provoked
is directed by Jag Mundhra and casts Rai (Bride and Prejudice, Devdas, Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam) in the lead role,
with Miranda Richardson, Robbie Coltrane and Nandita Das.
The movie is based on true story of a Punjabi woman named Kiranjit Ahluwalia who moves to
England and marries a man who subjects her to violent physical abuse.
