The new Palm Pre could provide some challenge to the iPhone and gPhone. The Palm Pre offers some great new features and with the new OS will be constantly connected to the web. One of India's big software resource company, Satyam Computer, has gotten itself into some trouble by overstating their profits for the last couple of years. B. Ramalinga Raju., founder and chairman of Satyam, has since resignation and claimed to have inflated the revenues to show more profit. Ramalinga is currently believed to be in Hyderabad and could face 7 to 10 years in jail.

Lenovo will formally unveil it's all in one PC the IdeaCentre A600 at CES this week. The product is due to be on the market in April 2009 and features 21.5 inch screen, thickness of just 27mm, face recognition security, Dolby-certified audio, touch sensitive controls, remote control doubles as a wireless VOIP handset for making Internet phone calls, Blu ray drive and a TV tuner.

Sania Mirza who had pulled out of the U.S. Open because of a right wrist injury that flared at the Olympic Games, has now recovered with the help of her friend, Yuvraj Singh , a Indian Test batsman. Sania currently is taking part in the women's exhibition tournament which features players from Europe, Russia, the Americas and Asia Pacific. Anna Chakvetadze beat out Sania Mirza of India 6-4, 6-4.
