|  | Lara Dutta On The Cover Of Grazia

Former Miss Universe 2000 Lara Dutta will grace the cover of January 2009 edition of magazine Grazia. Lara did not have any major release in 2008 even after having a box office hit Partner (2007) in 2007. She did have a special appearance in song Phir Milenge Chalte Chalte in movie Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi (RNBDJ) (2008) and voice over in animated movie Jumbo (2008). But Lara seems to have started off 2009 on the right note, first by being on the Grazia cover, which will be followed by SRK's home production Billo Barber (2009) in February, followed by Blue (2009) and then Banda Yeh Bindaas Hai (2009) later in 2009.
|  | Shahrukh Khan Probably Will Have Shoulder Surgery

Shahrukh Khan (SRK) is currently back home in Mumbai , India. Before leaving for Los Angeles to shooot for Karan Johar 's My Name Is Khan (MNIK) (2009) SRK was adviced by the doctor to immediately perform the shoulder surgery and not to delay it. The shoulder ligament were tore during shooting for Dulha Mil Gaya (2009) last December. SRK will now have to wait for the surgery since his home production Billo Barber (2009) will be releasing February 13, 2009.
|  | Akshay Kumar And Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Awarded The Padma Shree

Akshay Kumar and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were awarded the top civilian honours, the Padma Shree, on the 60th year of the Indian republic day. The awards were given by the Government of India. Akshay has worked hard to make a place in the film industry for himself also reward the award. He had a great 2008 with multiple box office hits, but started off 2009 with Chandni Chowk To China, Made In China, CC2C (2009) , which did not meet the expectation and did not do well at the box office. Aishwarya will have her first Hollywood film, Pink Panther 2, The Next Pink Panther, The Pink Panther Deux (2009) release in India this year. Helen, the well known item girl with many great hits was also given the Padma Shree.

AskMen.com announced there list of world’s top 99 most desirable women and it included some of Indian film industry. The list contains celebriteis from all over the world and they are voted for my the readers of AskMen.com. This year list has many new faces and many that have been on the list in the previous years. Britney Spears made a reappearance on the list at position 90. While Grey's Anatomy Katherine Heigl dropped from number one in 2008 to number 81 for 2009, while Anne Hathaway jumped 58 to no. 5. Eva Mendes won the honors of being number 01, with Megan Fox taking the second stop folloed by Marisa Miller in third. From Bollywood it was first timer Katrina Kaif at number 48 while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan ended up at 60th place in 2009, but was no. 27 in 2008.

The buzz everywhere is that Google will sometime this year announce a service called GDrive. The service will allow the users to store their data online and allow access to that data from anywhere, thus reducing the need for a PC with large hard drives. This will turn the users into one more thing that they use via the web, they already access such services as e-mail, photo storage via the web. If the GDrive is really what people make it out to be, they it could turn the PC into a device to access the web. The GDrive concept is being described as "cloud computing", where the web rather than the hard drive is used as the medium to store information. The big question will be are people willing to trust their personnel data to Google. Only time will tell if such a service is announced and then used by the people in a safe manner.
